Our Social Impact

In a scary time, this service made me feel heard and safe. What I liked best about the platform was the user-friendly tools within the app which made reporting and communicating with the #NotMe resources a breeze. The follow-up after submitting the report was excellent, and I found the in-app chat system to be a very efficient way of conversing. Throughout the process, #NotMe maintained my anonymity until I, as the whistleblower, was ready to disclose my identity.

A Supportive Space for Every Employee

Are you feeling powerless in the face of misconduct in the workplace or at any other organization?

Unfortunately it is a common albeit distressing experience.
It’s essential to recognize that you are not alone. Our experts at #NotMe are committed to helping you as much as they can.
They even created a tool for you! The #NotMe app.

How it Works

(when your organization is NOT a #NotMe subscriber)

Step 1 - Download the #NotMe app & create an account
Step 2 - Report Incidents

The #NotMe app will guide you through the process to keep a detailed record of each incident, including dates, locations, and descriptions of what happened, any witnesses present. This documentation can be crucial if you decide to report misconduct like harassment.
You can also upload any evidence you may have (inappropriate text messages, emails, videos, etc.)

Step 3 - Get free support from the #NotMe team

Submit your report (anonymously if preferred) and one of our #NotMe experts will contact you through our in-app anonymous chat. Having support can help you cope with the stress and feelings of powerlessness.

Step 4 - Understand your rights & have clarity over the next step:

Through our in-app conversation, #NotMe will guide you. This information can empower you to make informed decisions about how to proceed & seek resolution. Potential next step may include:

  • assessing your situation – always better to do it with a sounding board
  • getting you the help you need
  • mediation towards reconciliation (when the situation is not egregious)
  • getting your employer to look into the issue and reminding it of its obligation to not retaliate
  • getting you a lawyer, if needed, and possible

Don’t forget to prioritize your well-being

  • Experiencing misconduct can be emotionally draining, so make sure to engage in activities that bring you comfort and relaxation.
  • Remember that it’s not your fault, and you deserve to work in an environment free from harassment and discrimination or other forms of misconduct.
  • Taking these steps may help you regain a sense of control and, ideally, lead to a resolution of the situation.
